Rent your website on a monthly basis.

Don’t pay any other cost than only your monthly fee; webhosting, design and maintenance are included

To start pay 3 months of deposit + first month fee. Deposit will be returned when finishing agreement.
Monthly payment is due on the 1st day of the month - if not paid by the 15th, your website will be put on hold showing a page “temporarily unavailable”.
Fee depends on number of pages and type of page: text+pictures, interactive forms, user manageable content, database, tbd.

When the customer wants to change content, layout, function of a page or multiple pages there should be no cost but I don’t know yet how to handle this; it should be included in the monthly cost of the pages (allow 2 times per year?).

Other idea: 2 times changes allowed in the first week of site online
2 times changes allowed  during the  next  2 weeks (weeks 2-3)
2 times changes allowed during the next 4 weeks (weeks 4-7)
2 times changes allowed during the next 8 weeks (weeks 8-15)
2 times changes allowed during the next 11 weeks (weeks 16-26)
2 times changes allowed during any next period of 26 weeks (so 2 changes every half year - 4 changes per year)
